Track items
View your sold trackable product variants on the "Items" page. The page displays a table with unique item IDs, manually entered serial numbers, product variants, customers, order numbers, order dates and warranty expiry dates. Product variant, customer and order columns link to their respective detail pages in Shopify admin.
The table is filterable by item ID, serial number, product variant, customer and custom searchable fields. If your customer contacts you about a specific item, you can quickly find some information about it.
