"Barcodify - Customer Selector" is a Shopify app that enables you to view & add customers to the Shopify POS cart by scanning a barcode.
- 1.Design mobile wallet passes or create plain QR codes. Give them to your customers to use in your retail stores.
- 2.Synchronise existing customer barcodes with the app individually or in bulk.
- 3.Scan barcodes and QR codes using your mobile device's camera or a 2nd barcode scanner. Quickly add the matching customer to the POS cart.
- 4.Partial barcode search - pull up customer information by only typing a few characters.
- 5.Create custom QR codes. For example, embed a link to the order status page for quicker validation at the local pick-up.
- 6.Bulk export customer information with auto-generated QR codes.
There are three different methods to add customers to the POS cart:
- 1.The "Auto-open camera and add customer" Smart Grid action.
2. The native "Add customer" POS action using a 2nd barcode scanner.
3. The default "Use barcodes to view & add customers to the POS cart" (app's website) Smart Grid action using a 2nd barcode scanner.
