The guide is for stores using the new customer account pages. For the legacy customer pages, please check out the tutorial. Learn more about the differences between customer accounts and legacy customer accounts.
In Shopify Admin navigate to Online Store > Themes and click "Customize". Learn more about customizing themes.

Within the theme editor, navigate to the customer profile page.

In the apps' sidebar, search for "Barcodify - Customer Selector" and add the "Customer barcodes" extension.

Enter the store's .myshopify.com domain name as displayed in the admin settings below the store's name.

Optionally, add custom text to title and subtitle fields.

If you wish to change the block's placement, move it using the arrow buttons below.

Save the changes (top right).
To display changes in the customer's profile editor, Shopify provides a non-existent test customer with ID 1. Since the customer doesn't exist, scanning the customer's barcodes will not yield any results in the app. To test barcode scanning, please save the changes, then open an existing customer's profile in your online store outside the editor.
